HOW WE ARE GETTING READY
Since our incorporation in Nov. 2022, we have hit the water paddling! We will be working tirelessly applying for grants, arranging fundraisers and promoting our vision to help gain support.
There is a lot of equipment that needs to be available for our youth, all ages and sizes. We're talking life jackets, sun shirts, wake surf boards, wake boards, tubes, knee boards, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and paddles. We hope to be able to host a wide array of ages of children in each day and allow them options to be introduced to the lake in a way that's comfortable for them and encourages growth and increases self-esteem.
More important than the equipment will be the help from qualified volunteers and insurance for our youth. A large portion of the funds raised for Lake Dayz will go to carrying Insurance and getting our Volunteers through a background check and for those in the water with our youth, CPR and Lifeguard Certified.
